The 2025 edition of La Liste, celebrating the world’s 1,000 best restaurants, was held at the French Embassy in Tokyo, in the presence of international chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Régis Marcon, Guy Martin, Patrick Henriroux, alongside journalists, critics, and leading partners of haute gastronomy.
