The 2015
growing season

The 2015 harvest is characterized by both generous yields and high quality.

Following a long vegetative cycle, marked by a rainy autumn and winter, an exceptionally dry and sunny spring, and a wet summer, vine development unfolded gradually. Budburst occurred on April 5, with flowering around July 10. Harvest at Champagne Collet began on September 10 and concluded on September 29. Pinot Noir was particularly outstanding in 2015, while Chardonnay displayed fine, well-balanced acidity. The musts were powerful, with good length on the palate and a firm, vibrant structure.

Nose Elegant aromas of lemon, buttery notes, toasted hazelnuts, pineapple and pear.
