The 2021
growing season

The 2021 Champagne wine-growing season was marked by extremely challenging climatic conditions.

Severe spring frosts had a significant impact on the vineyards, followed by a cool and wet summer that led to high disease pressure. Despite historically low yields, the harvested grapes showed good balance, with pronounced acidity and fine aromatic freshness. Although limited in volume, the 2021 harvest nevertheless produced high-quality grapes, well suited to the production of elegant, taut wines.

Tasting notes

Nose White flowers, citrus fruits, orchard fruits, white peach, cumin, black tea, linden blossom and pastry notes.
