La Villa Collet
Located in the heart of Aÿ, La Villa Collet embodies the historic soul of the House. This characterful residence, decorated in an Art Deco style inspired by the 1920s, reflects the original identity of Champagne Collet and lends the venue a timeless elegance.
Warm and authentic, it is ideal for welcoming guests in the spirit of the French art of living. Its indoor spaces are perfectly suited for business lunches and receptions, while its terrace and garden allow for outdoor events and can accommodate up to 100 guests, weather permitting.

“Côte du Moulin” Space
Located at the foot of the Aÿ hillsides listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the “Côte du Moulin” space is designed for collaborative work and focused reflection.
Flexible and functional, it hosts meetings, seminars, workshops, and masterclasses in a calm and inspiring environment. After your working session, extend the experience at the Champagne Collet bar while tasting our cuvées, then discover the Winegrowers’ Museum, a venue that retraces the cooperative history of the House and highlights the winemakers’ expertise overlooking the Aÿ hillsides.
