On the occasion of the 2026 edition of the Prosper Montagné Culinary Prize, Champagne Collet had the honour of serving as the official sponsor of this emblematic competition in French gastronomy.

The ceremony took place on Monday, January 12 at FERRANDI Paris, a leading institution for culinary education, under the presidency of Chef Nicolas Stamm, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a two-Michelin-starred chef. This edition was marked by an outstanding level of excellence and a continued commitment to passing on gastronomic expertise.
Founded in 1950, the Prosper Montagné Prize is now the oldest culinary competition in France. It is also the only gastronomic prize officially recognized by the Presidency of the French Republic, reflecting its major role in promoting the influence of French cuisine.

This year, the jury awarded Chadi Abou Nader, chef of the restaurant Saisons in Écully, the First Prize of the 2026 Prosper Montagné Culinary Prize. The Ferrandi – Prosper Montagné Young Hope Prize was awarded to Mathieu Glairon Mondet, named best commis, highlighting the importance given to training and the emergence of tomorrow’s talents.
By supporting the Prosper Montagné Culinary Prize, Champagne Collet reaffirms its deep connection with the world of gastronomy and its values of excellence, precision, and sharing. A natural commitment for a House whose champagnes have always found their finest expression at the table, at the heart of the most memorable culinary experiences.
Through this partnership, Champagne Collet continues its mission: to enhance gastronomic moments and celebrate the French art de vivre, where champagne and cuisine meet in a shared pursuit of excellence.
