The Collet style is built on a unique richness: 170 villages contribute to our blends, including all 17 Grands Crus and 31 Premiers Crus. Each terroir has its own personality,pure chalk, clay soils, varied exposures, and subtle microclimates. To preserve this exceptional diversity, each cru is vinified separately in order to retain its most authentic expression. This mosaic forms a rare and subtle aromatic palette, giving rise to champagnes that are balanced, elegant, and deeply distinctive.
